What was your journey to NN? Why NN?

I was brought to NN purely by chance, based on a job offer that caught my eye. Since I'm a curious person, I sent a CV interested and it didn't take long to be invited for an online interview. It was an informal welcome and conversation, during which we discussed the job position and the personal joys of life.

It turned out that NN would like to introduce an actively agile approach to projects, which literally amazed me. NN is a large company and I saw this step as a long-term challenge to build, improve and develop the company. 

What do you like most about your job?
Diversity, because every day brings something new. New challenges on how to deal with situations that are not always easy and teamwork.

How do you like working in the premises of NN? Do you work from the office or in home-office mode? 
Open-space offices in both NN buildings are great in that you always meet amazing people there, with whom you discuss not only work but also personal matters and go for lunch. Since I spend a lot of time on meetings it's great to use the home-office option.

Does NN support your professional growth and development? How?
I will point out just a few of the opportunities that NN offers for professional growth and development, in which I actively participated. As part of the NN Olympic Games, we could participate as individuals or as a team and complete online tasks together. Also a new language learning platform is available to all employees.

How would you characterize the corporate culture of NN?

If I can sum it up, for me, the corporate culture at NN is characterized by two words: always helpful. From smiling colleagues at the reception to the top management of the company.

What would you recommend to anyone who is considering starting a career in NN?
Not to be afraid to send a CV, come to see the work, meet colleagues and boldly step into the whirlpool of NN 😉.
