At NN, you work as a process analyst for sales development. Can you briefly tell us what the job description of this position is?

My position is focused on the NN sales network. We strive to make the network work more efficiently so that they can use the most modern tools to perform at their best. We are preparing various motivational incentives to increase activity. And of course, we analyze and measure all this.

What brought you to NN? Why NN?
Excellent personal experience as NN client and great cooperation with NN from the time of my previous work. Also, I see NN as an internationally operating company that is trying to push through global trends and aims to have a positive impact on society as such.

What do you like most about your job?
One of the things I enjoy about my job is that we are constantly trying to improve, develop, and streamline the work of the sales network. We are often inspired by what works in other countries within NN and I enjoy these international collaborations. At the same time, when we complete a project, it usually has visible results, for example in the form of a new app, a new feature, or it is reflected in the results of the business network.

How would you characterize the corporate culture of NN?
Friendly and helpful environment with professional approach to work. I have the feeling that NN does not forget that a company is made up of people, not machines. And this is also reflected in the atmosphere at work.

What would you recommend to anyone who is considering starting a career at NN?
I would recommend that they talk openly about what they expect from their work from the beginning. And if NN "feels" to them they should not hesitate and go for it to the fullest. At the same time, they should try to take advantage of the opportunities that NN offers. Whether in the field of developing work skills, benefits or other activities, because there is really a lot of it in NN.
