Have you heard about NN before you found a job offer? What attracted you to NN?
Yes. I heard about NN long before my reaction to the job offer, mainly due to the efforts of EwanNN McGregor :). However, the company caught my attention only a few years after this catchy ad, with an article about testing a 4-day work week. At that time, I found it very attractive and innovative.

How do you evaluate the process of starting and apprenticing for a position in NN?
I rate this whole process very well compared to my previous experience. I have to thank especially my great colleagues for their patience and helpfulness during my induction. It was all the more complicated because we were just transitioning from the old system for placing orders, approving and posting invoices to a completely new system.

You've had your first months of work. How do you feel in your new position?
I feel great in my job position. Soon I'll celebrate my first year in NN. I have no idea where that time has gone. I hope that this enthusiasm, which I have been looking for for a long time, will not leave me so soon.

What do you like most about your job?
What I like most about my job is its diversity, opportunities for development and growth. A big plus is the positive working atmosphere and support from colleagues and superiors.

What is the biggest work challenge you have faced at NN so far?
I consider the biggest work challenge I've encountered at NN so far to be the development of skills and pushing my own boundaries.

How would you characterize the corporate culture of NN?
As very friendly, open and human.

What would you recommend to anyone who is considering starting a career in NN?
Be sure to join our team! I don't regret my decision to work for NN. I'm happy that I currently have a job that I'm happy with and that I enjoy.
