NN represents a dynamic and supportive work environment for me, where an individual approach to employees is becoming the standard. I have been working at NN since October 2021, and when I started, my daughter was only 8 months old. I was looking for a work environment that would allow me to balance my career with family life. I knew the NN environment from previous collaboration as an external consultant, and I was attracted by its friendly atmosphere and great team. 

At first, I led an agile team that developed IT applications for the business department and participated in international projects. Recently, I was given a new opportunity to lead the underwriting and claims team and help with their automation. One of the biggest benefits of working at NN for me is the flexibility and support provided by the company and colleagues. I can schedule my work according to my needs. Sometimes I start at 8 am, sometimes at 10 am, sometimes I work at night, sometimes during lunch, or I leave at 3 pm. Long story short, I work as I need to and as the situation requires. This individual approach has allowed me to continue my career uninterrupted, even though my second daughter was recently born. 

 NN is not only an insurance and pension company, but also a dynamic company that constantly monitors trends and seeks new growth and process efficiency opportunities. Whether it's products responding to increasing life expectancy or innovations in IT and generative AI. NN is constantly moving forward. And I enjoy that.
