I really love to study and learn new things. I like challenging myself with new knowledge that may or may not be needed in my work life but believe that continuous learning is key to thinking outside of the box and unlocking new opportunities.

At NN Hellas, I have found an organization that recognizes this passion of mine for new knowledge and exciting challenges. The company has given me the chance to work in two different divisions while supporting my career progression.

Collaborating for success

Usually when I want to ask someone for advice, whether it is on my personal or my professional life, I am always used to asking my parents or my older brother. Since joining NN Hellas, I have found that I can rely on my colleagues for support whether it’s navigating complex projects or seeking personal guidance. Their diverse perspectives and experiences provide an environment that enriches my decision-making process. 

The reassurance that I can turn to my colleagues in times of uncertainty has made my everyday life way easier. This not only offers a collaborative spirit among us in in the workplace but also contributes to my personal growth and job satisfaction.

Volunteering for Greater Impact: NN Volunteer Weeks

NN offers the opportunity to help those in need not only through our work but also through contributing to volunteering actions. I feel that people in NN with different backgrounds and experiences can come closer through a common goal and make a true difference. There are so many different activities that we have participated in and personally I was very happy about my decision to work here. Together we can make the world a better and more inclusive place for everyone.
