Our objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team.
What is the purpose/mission of the position?
The Salesforce Developer role plays an important part in our company’s support of implementation of solutions that build upon platforms in an international environment, responsibilities include:
Contribution to the development of solutions within Salesforce (or other development platform) to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
Perform development within Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies utilizing Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery practices by using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, GitLab CI, Bamboo, VSTS, GearSet, Jenkins, Puppet, Provar, etc..
Support requirements workshops to help guide the refinement process of business driven requirements
Support the collaboration of the development team with business application owners with planning the development and delivery of new features and enhancements to support internal needs.
Support cross country development collaboration within the construct of the Salesforce roll-out within NN International
Who you are?
Bachelor’s degree, Master of science, completed studies in software development.
Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Java, C#, C++, Force.com
Experience with and interested in all phases of SDLC (i.e., Analysis, Design, Test, Delivery…)
One or more certifications in the mentioned development languages, demonstrating current knowledge as a developer is a plus
Experienced in Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodology, and the development of associated artifacts (i.e., implement user stories, acceptance criteria).
Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple work efforts with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of new SFDC Lightning componnets, JavaScript, CSS and Mobile Design/UX is a plus.
