What would be your main responsibilities?
Technical Mentor: Mentor a team of junior and mid-level DevOps engineers, sharing your knowledge and fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth
Strategic Development: Design and implement cutting-edge strategies to boost our infrastructure, keeping us at the forefront of cloud tech
Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Pipelines, Terraform, and Ansible to ensure rock-solid deployments and scalability
Helm Charts: Supercharge our application deployment processes with your Helm chart expertise.
Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously develop and fine-tune our monitoring systems and optimize infrastructure performance to keep everything running smoothly.
Support and Collaboration: Team up with cross-functional teams to tackle pipeline and infrastructure challenges, creating a collaborative and solution-driven environment
Security and Compliance Protect our systems by enforcing security policies and ensuring compliance with best practices.
Cost Management: Optimize our Azure costs and manage resources efficiently to maximize our ROI.
What are we looking for?
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Linux administration (preferably RHEL-based distributions), scripting languages (Python, Bash) and cloud infrastructure. Oracle DB experience is a major plus
Cloud Expertise: Proficient in MS Azure, including networking, storage accounts, VMs, container instances, and Azure functions. Azure certification? We’d love it!
IaC and Containerization: Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Azure Pipelines), Kubernetes, and Docker
Agile Mindset: Mastery of DevOps best practices with an agile approach that keeps us nimble and responsive.
Security Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT security and network principles.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor a team, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively
Innovative Thinking: Openness to new ideas, innovative solutions, and alternative approaches to problem-solving.
Customer Focus: A strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
