To support the continuous growth and success of all new hires, NN Life provides extensive education and training programs. We promote practical education by appointing OJT trainers to provide detailed support after placement.

NN Life Japan does not adopt a commission-based pay or full-commission system. Based on the industry's competitive salary levels and individual employee performance evaluations, a basic salary and bonuses are paid.
