NEXT, the NN Employee eXperience Team, spoke about this last Thursday, 7 November, at the Frankwatching & Mixit Employee eXperience event in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. We told Communication, Facility Management, Human Resources and IT colleagues about the importance, the working method, the result and the lessons we have learned so far from the collaboration between FM, HR and IT when it comes to Employee eXperience.
The keynote speakers Heleen Mes, expert in the field of Employee eXperience, and Abe Boersma, Tribelead Work&Health at Rabobank, once again emphasised the importance of this multidisciplinary collaboration in their story. Only then can you really see the experience and needs from the perspective of the employee, instead of from the perspective of your own department.
NEXT. What started as an idea in a PowerPoint at the end of 2022 has grown into a true multidisciplinary collaboration, in which we work together with our NN colleagues through our Panel and Design sprints to create the ultimate Employee eXperience.
At the beginning of next year, we would like to take you through our annual overview and plans for 2024 to ensure that our colleagues can get the best out of themselves and their working day!
