What you are going to do
As NN Bank, we help people take care of what they really care about. Like realizing their housing needs for now and later. For this, we are working on a customer-oriented, digital, and data-driven bank. We want to make a difference with technology. Salesforce is an important part of this.
You will be responsible for the development and management of the CRM platform Salesforce for the Mortgages chain at NN Bank. A platform that impacts almost the entire organization: sales, marketing, IT, and operations. Salesforce is used for administrative processes for the provision and management of mortgages. It provides support in the areas of telephony, email, back office, and artificial intelligence. We also use Salesforce in our sales organization to successfully provide services to our intermediaries. Salesforce is used by over 350 employees in the chain.
You will work for the Mortgages chain. Your task is to manage the Salesforce components of the chain and improve and optimize workflows for operations and make sales more effective by realizing improvements in Salesforce. To achieve these improvements, you actively interact with users and other stakeholders (such as the central Salesforce team and product managers).
You will be responsible for:
- Configuring, developing, testing, and implementing according to our quality guidelines and within the framework of Salesforce. This includes Omnichannel, CRM Analytics, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Continuously improving the user experience of the application
- Thinking about future changes and the best solutions
- Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce developments
- Contacting and coordinating with users about wishes and problems within the application

Who you are
You have the creativity to come up with new ideas and the technical skills to put them into practice, and you have been working as a Salesforce Consultant for at least 2 years. You have experience with the setup and configuration of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud. You currently reside in the Netherlands and you are fluent in Dutch, both in writing and speaking. Additionally, you are proficient in all other phases of software development:
- Business analysis (understanding business needs and converting them into solutions)
- Design (shaping a standard Salesforce solution, taking into account NN standards)
- Testing
- Business implementation (coaching/training/guiding users, providing aftercare, and continuous improvement)
Furthermore, you have:
- Experience building Flows
- Experience with Apex, LWC (you can read and make minor adjustments)
- Experience with Experience Cloud, CRM analytics, and/or Account engagement is a plus
- You are a team player in an agile environment and not afraid to challenge established standards/suggest improvements
- You are communicatively strong in Dutch and proactive (raising issues, discussing options, suggesting alternatives, and ensuring that user stories are completed)
- You have an active attitude and can act as a point of contact for the business, knowing how to sharpen user stories
- You can act as a point of contact for the business and know how to sharpen user stories
Who you will work with
You will be part of the Salesforce team of the Mortgages chain with four team members. You will work closely with other scrum teams within the domain, Salesforce users, and NN Group's central Salesforce team.
You and your team members take responsibility for the team results and are not afraid to make mistakes, share them, and learn from them. We are proud of what we achieve and celebrate our successes. Collaboration is the basis of these successes. In between hard work, there is also time for socializing, and you can recharge with a game of table tennis with your team.
Together with the other scrum teams, you form the Digital Service & Process Innovation domain. This domain is responsible for the entire customer journey of a mortgage.
