Are you a talented Full Stack Software Engineer looking for a new challenge? At NN, we are undergoing a digital transformation to create a culture of innovation and empowerment. As a Full Stack Software Engineer in the IT department of Inkomen Collectief, you will play a key role in designing and building sustainable, scalable, and innovative B2B insurance products for intermediaries and direct employers. You will work alongside our empowered product teams to create new solutions and simplify existing ones, ensuring our products are future-ready. What you are going to do

You design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications, while following an API-first approach
You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to identify and prioritize features and functionality
You participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and consistency
You advocate DevOps mindset and implement modern best practices for software development, such as automated building, testing and deployment through CI/CD
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals to support the development process and ensure effective knowledge transfer

Salary between €5,206 - €7,438 depending on your knowledge and experience

Who you are

You know how to work in an Agile environment where collaboration, and continuous improvements are the foundations. Additionally you possess:

6+ years of experience working in a similar role
experience with back-end development with one or more server-side programming languages such as Javascript, Go, Python, Java (Javascript / Typescript on Node.JS preferred)
experience with front-end development (React preferred), Javascript, HTML5 and CSS
a passion for automating and implementing recurring tasks, testing, and security in CI/CD systems
a DevOps mindset, knowledge about software architectures and experience building microservices and applications using AWS (e.g. Cloudformation, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, WSO2) and others
Experience with Kubernetes
